The responsibility of Hajj Agency as the tour operator or their agents is limited. Hajj Agency acts only as an agent for passengers in making arrangers for airline, hotels, buses or any other service in connection with this tour and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in covering passengers or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour, or as a direct or, indirect results of acts of God, dangerous incidents in the air sea, fire breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, war whether declared or not, hostilities. Civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any causes beyond Hajj Agency’s control or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other document. Hajj Agency will accept no responsibility for loss or additional expense due to delays or changes in schedule or other causes. Hajj Agency shall not be liable or responsible for any inconveniences, loss damage or injury arising in connection with such services. Hajj Agency will not be responsible for failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling. In the event of delay, it is responsibility of the airlines to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on its procedures and shall not be the responsibility of Hajj Agency, and its affiliates will nt be responsible for any person(s) missing any part of th program due to his negligence or delay or responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no result will be given for any service rendered and not utilized. Reservation should be made with a US $2,500 deposit to ensure passenger booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Passenger’s deposit will be refund, minus $750 administrative fee, minus airlines ticket cancellation fee, if cancellation is received in writing 45 days prior to departure.
