Requirements for Hajj and Umrah Packages
- Valid passport for at least 6 months. The passport should have at least two empty visa pages adjacent to each other.
- Three (3) color pictures, 2″ x 2″, with white background. The pictures must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly.
- For H1 visa holders, a copy of H1 visa and reentry permit.
- Proof of vaccination for meningitis. Your Meningitis yellow card must be stamped by the medical clinic where you got the shot. For infants and children up to 15 years of age, a vaccination report is required for polio as well as meningitis. Children over 15 years of age should present the same vaccinations requested for adults. The certificate of vaccination should have been issued not more than three years.
- Copy of marriage certificate for couples going together.
- Color copy of Green Card for US permanent residents.
- Copy of birth certificate for each child under the age of 18.
- Newly converted muslims must attach a statement from a local Islamic center validating their conversion.
- Completed and signed all application forms: Hajj Agency, Visa, and Disclaimer forms. The forms must be filled in with black ink pen or printed.
- If a sister is going for Hajj with her Mahram (son, brother, father, uncle, or nephew), please attach a notarized letter proving the blood relationship. Proof of kinship must be submitted with the application form.
A husband or a Mahram is required. No exception. Hajj Agency is strict for this Shariah requirement. If neither a husband nor a Mahram is available, then Hajj is not obligatory to the sister. - Cashier check for the total amount due. If a personal check is used, please allow 10 business days for the check to clear through your bank.
- One prepaid Fedex, USPS, or UPS (next-day) return mailer envelope for each family.
